Hello! My name is Savena Bhangal, I was called to the Ontario Bar in July of 2022. I attended law school at the University of Leicester and completed my Masters in Law at York University, Osgoode Hall Law School. I have been working with Avtar Bhangal at Bhangal Law in Mississauga for the past 8 months. Over the last 8 months I have grown and learned a significant amount about the practice of criminal law. I have successfully fought trials, conducted 11(b) application hearings and negotiated many resolutions. I have handled a variety of cases, including, assault, mischief, theft, impaired driving, distribution of intimate images without consent, take auto without consent etc.
I look forward to the rest of the year and many years to come practicing as a criminal defence attorney in Mississauga and the GTA.
